Kids Orchestra Japan Project
~Connecting Fukushima Children to the World~
We are wishing to connect children from the affected area in Northern Japan with other children and musicians from around the world through music!
Right now we are working with 2 middle school Orchestras in Oakland are rehearsing a song "Japan", 50 children total .
They will be performing for Japan.
The concert will be held on this Thursday February 7, 2013.Our aim is to exchange between here and children in the affected area through music, and perform together.We also hope that the project gives these children an opportunity to find new worlds and help support them through these mentally difficult times.

We are collecting donations, sponsors and people to help make this project move forward and become a bigger reality affecting many children in a positive manner.
私達は日本の東北地方被災地周辺の学校の子供達と世界中の子供達、ミュージシャンが音楽を通して繋がっていくことを願っています。現在、オークランドの２つの中学校のオーケストラ合計５０名が日本のために、”ジャパン”という曲を
練習、コンサートがこの木曜日２月７日に開かれます。我々の目標は日本の被災地の子供達と彼らが音楽を通して
交流し、一緒に演奏することです。また精神的サポートを提供しながら、このプロジェクトが、子供達に新しい世界を
見いだすきっかけになればと願っています。
